If it was a negative thread about a vendor, they probably deleted it. They want you to think that all vendors are perfect angels and never make a mistake with a customer.

You've obvisoiusly haven't read too many vendor posts. BTW, they don't get deleted, they get locked after both parties have made their case. In terms of OP's post not staying at the top of the board - so what?

If you lose track of your thread,just click on your name or avitar for your profile(you can do it for anyone) and there is a place to click for all thread or posts started by that individual. It will bring up a list with the most recent at the top.
