Sorry this is slightly off topic.
My Question is, the B&B or BBK shorty’s come with a CARB legal sticker which from what I understand you would present to the smog technician if he questioned your exhaust manifolds. True/false?
Hypothetically speaking of coarse, could I purchase a set of shorty’s just for the sticker and use this when the SMOG ****’s question my long tubes? Yes I understand they could look under the car and see that they are actually long tubes but from my experience with these guys so far is if I had a CARB sticker that would be good enough for them.
Am I missing something here?

But you have to think if you have a tech that's gonna look for the CARB plate...hes gonna look where the CAT's are too..then..
