Default Inner Fender Crack

My right front inner fender well has a hairline crack in it right underneath the warning sticker. Anybody have any idea how to repair it so that it doesn't split any more?

I'm not sure how it occurred. There doesn't seem to be any marking where the tire struck it, and I have stock size tires/wheels. I do have some suspiscious scrape marks on the fender lip that look like the tire rubbed but I can't figure out how it happened.

I've only had the car for a few weeks and it's unclear to me whether this happened since I've had it or not - I only discover these things after I've had the vehicle for awhile and start looking at it a lot.

I had the same problem. I patched it from underneath and used Automix 8227 SMC Adhesive to fix it. Do you have a photo of where the crack is, exactly?

Here is how I did mine. First photo is the crack from underneath. Second is the patch I glued in place. Third photo is the skim coat over the patch and finally I used tape to make a square area and then pit a skim coat over the crack from above. The upper skim was the perfect size for my Callaway Honker CARB sticker, which I then placed over the skim and it is pretty much unnoticeable.
