I have a friend who has a 1997 all stock Corvette. Within the last year he has blown two fuel injector fuses. What could cause this? Is it a bad injector somewhere or a short in the wiring?

I have a C4 so this is new stuff to me.
Thanks
I would check the wiring to the injectors, I've read some reports of the insulation on the wiring wearing through near the back of the motor between the head and firewall.

Good idea, but you need to unplug each injector and measure the resistance, I seem to recall it needs to be 10-14 ohms.
I send injectors to http://www.cruzinperformance.com/ They do a initial flow test/electrical test, clean them, put in new screens and flow test then putting the results on their website for you to see. Great place.
