Default Fuel running rich. Need Help!!!

Ok here it goes, I just got a new clutch and slave cylinder installed last week. Had it less than a week out of the shop and started it up and ran it less than a mile and she cut off on me. Noticed my air-fuel ratio gauge was on rich and didn't move, it did this three more times on the way home. Ran OTC Genesis scanner on it for codes and got P 013 B and P 054 B. Order 2 new O2 sensors and was just wondering the thoughts of a few professionals. The car has Halltech stinger intake, SLP Heads, 87mm BBK Throttle Body, Corsa Pacesetter exhaust with high flow cats installed and to my knowledge has never been tuned. The guy I bought it from said that he couldn't find someone to tune it over here in South Korea. The check engine light has always been on and she has always crackled and popped on me when running at speed and initial start-up. The original problem with the check engine light was Bank 2 sensor 2 I got that on order as well. Heck I got 4 O2 sensors on order so that won't be an issue. I have checked for vacuum leaks and the other obvious signs for this problem as directed in the forum. Just waiting on the O2 sensors to get here and if anyone has anything to add just in case that isn't the problem your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just a shot in the dark here.... I couldn't get the codes to come up, assume they are P0013 and P0054? The exhaust was off the car to install the clutch, did the shop switch the rear O2 sensor wires? The wires should be crossed.

The shop installed them correctly. I thought they were installed incorrectly by crossing them at first but we rechecked the service manual again and they done it correctly. And yes the codes were P0013 and P0054 for Bank 1 sensor 1 and Bank 2 sensor 2.
