Default PCV Catch Can installation HELP

My Elite Engineering Catch Can just arrived and I need a little installation help.
As my Z06 is 2004 build, Am I right to follow the installation instruction for C6/LS2 Engine?
http://www.eliteengineeringusa.com/i...tructions.html
Thank you
Paul
P.S. Elite customer service is awful. 24 hours to get a reply to a question this day and age is not good.

If you have a C5 then follow the C5 instructions.

The C5 instruction says that 2004 C5 and C6/LS2 are the same!?

I don't see where the C5 instructions say it also applies to the C6. That's why there is a separate instruction for the C6.

Use the C5 instructions and look at the detailed sketches.

What part don't you understand?

I think the 2004 C5s don't have a conventional external PCV valve but instead have an orifice in the tube coming out of the valley cover like the LS2s, etc.

Yes, that is certainly true. The instructions for the C5 covers that new PCV configuration too, and was also written to cover the LS2 setups in GTOs, etc.

Default This should help

I've got an '04 C5 and was a little confused by the directions. Turns out to be pretty simple. This should help.

This is where it says

2004+ LS1, LS6 and LS2
• Carefully remove the short rubber hose located between the metal fitting located on the
RH front corner of the valley cover and the front RH side of the intake manifold.

The basic routing of the hoses will be the same either with OR without an external pcv valve.
