Good afternoon guys, Has anybody ever put the slip-on seat covers from Eckler's, or Mid-America, or even Corvette Central, the ones that say are Neoprene "dive suit material" ? I'm planning to have the seats recovered, but, it will have to wait a bit, and in the meantime I'm thinking this would work. If anybody has used them...do they stay put, are they tight ? Any information would be a big help, thanks.

I think most people who own CoverKing or Wet Okole neoprene seat covers are happy with them. They protect your leather and are cooler in summer. You can contact either company and have them send you samples of the material.
I'm currently looking at the 648-017 from Mid America Motorworks because I like the way the color inset is sewn. I do wonder if $60 less gets you a lesser quality and was going to post as to whether anyone had experience with these specifically???
My wife bought me a set a covers from Mid-America 2 years ago. I had the Okole covers, but wanted a color change. The difference between the 2 sets is in the fit. The MAM covers are very difficult to install (inside surface sticky) and the fit for the bottoms is horrible. No cut-out for the inner seat belt and the cut-out for the seat controls is off by at least 2 inches. I noticed that the design is different now, so maybe they've fixed the problems. When i wrote to them, i never received a reply. Frrm a quality standpoint, you can't beat the Okole's

Not sure if those are really slip on covers more like take your seat apart to put on type of covers.
also heard people state that they make their car smell like a dive suit. Not sure if it is true or not.

The Wet Okole covers have the finished material on both sides.
The MAM covers are only finished on the outside. Sticky rubber-like
material on the inside which is harder to slide over the seat.
Also not as thick as the Wey Okoles.
