C5 Fuel sender woes

I've have ran a total of 4 bottles of techron through her with no success.
Right at 1/2 tank or just before 1/2 tank the fuel gauge will trip out.
I've read a few posts on here regarding the issue but does anyone know the part numbers for the just the fuel sender replacement for an 02 C5?
From what I seen is the entire fuel sender and fuel pump for about $400! for the driver side.
I wonder if the the jet siphon orifice tube could be blocked and I'm getting very little if any fuel from the pass. tank. The jet pump is always feeding the driver side tank from what I've read.
Come to think of it, I pretty sure I almost ran out of gas today and topped of with shell v power, I'm pretty sure I only filled maybe 10 gallon. Each tank is 8 gallon correct? Hmmm. Can I check the orifice tube on the pass side without dropping the tank? Any How To articles?
Thanks in advance for any help guys!

You know with a mere 22K on your car, I would go to your local Chevy dealer and make a case. There are GM TSB (technical service bulletins) on this problem so this is not some random thing.
If you do decide to do this yourself, the good news is that the gas tanks do not have to be removed. At least on my '02Z, they did not have to be removed. Once rear wheels are removed, when you remove the plastic wheelwell cover, there is an access port where you can take the sending units out. Of course the tanks have to be drained and I don't know enough about these details but wanted to give you some info with respect what is involved.
Here's a good related thread on this,

I hope this helps.

When the AUTOMATIC display completes it will enter MANUAL mode. In that mode display and write down what codes you have.
A code looks like this ...... P 1234 C
The first letter will be either a P, B, C, or U ..... indicating which system the code is for.
The following 4 numbers are the code
The last letter will be a C or an H (sometimes both).
Post the ENTIRE code (as in the example ..... P1234C), and list ALL the codes found.
The DTC should tell you if you have a problem with the fuel sender or the siphon pump. You don't want to just go replacing parts .... the two sender units together are over $1k at list price.
