I think there are some pivot points on the arms of the light raising/lowering assembly which cause the squeeking. Some WD-40 should take care of that. Have someone turn the lights on and off while you are right down there listening to where it is coming from, then just a quick shot of the WD.

Been there, done that!
Do the rear pivot arm joint on both lights with WD-40.
I also did the front side ones as well.
Use a flash light from the engine compartment side, you will see them.
You do not need to take off the black plastic light guard.
Works like a champ.

Silicone spray works well too. No need to repeat as often as oil.
My thoughts exactly. I had a squeek under my car where the springs held the exhaust and it came back time and again with the 40. I sprayed Silcone once 6 months ago and nothing since.
