Time to replace my clutch?
I have 53,000 miles on my C5. Many track days and 15+ open road races. The headers are wrapped and I have separate coolers for the oil, transmission and differential.
My clutch does not slip but I have noticed it is just a little soft. Tried putting the car in 6th gear at 30 mph and accelerating. No slipping.
Tried 6th gear at 30 mph accelerating and putting very light pressure on the clutch peddle. Clutch Slips.
I could probably keep driving on the street with no problem. Track days are my big concern.
Should I replace the clutch now? (or is there more life in the old one?)

Would you get a stock clutch or something else?
For a daily driver, stock clutch is fine. I would not even consider a stock clutch if you are auto-xing the car.
