It's likely the membrane in the steering wheel with the horn contacts is broken. This is very common and the only way to officially repair is to replace the airbag section (very $$$). Someone did post a way to remove the center wheel airbag section and repair the horn contact/membrane.

I've tried to find the thread mentioned above by JC--no luck.
Anyone help please with this??
My horn doesn't work with the horn pad on the steering wheel. The fuse and relay are ok. I DONOT want to spend big $$$$$ to replace airbag assembly. Has anyone mounted a horn button and run a seperate wire to the horn??
