Change shift points
I was wondering how you can change the shift points on my 1998 C5
I've had it for 3 months now and I'm trying to get it to do 0 to 60 in 5.1 seconds like it says in the ads.
I started out with a 6.23 time and after fiddling around with it (plugs, wires, etc.) I got it down to 5.41 seconds. I have held in first, but I'd rather have the computer do it. I think I could break that time if I could stay in first up to 60.. Now it shifts at 54 mph.
Is there a tuner available that will work on a 98 and grant my wish. I might add that this is a five footer, a Calif. car, very welll maintained, dosen't leak anything, has over 120,000 miles on it, and runs like crazy.
