"Creeking" noise from front-end?

"Creeking" noise from front-end?

I recently have noticed when going into and out of driveways especially at weird angles the car will make a loud "creeking" noise from the front end. Doesn't happen during normal driving, just going up and down driveways...

Any ideas?

It may be the steering stops, when the steering wheel is turned ALL THE WAY the suspension rubs on the front lower control arm and then makes the noise. Put some grease on the control arm where the 2 parts come together.
Or maybe its a ball joint. Good luck.

I chased my creaking for about a month, greased everything and it ended up being a loose ball joint nut on the lower left front.

Could be the sway bar bushings, could also be a loose (or broken sway-bar link.

I had that problem last month; turned out the link had "popped" out of it's socket.

i also have a creaking or a popping sound but only when pulling in or out of the driveway or putting it into gear, the rear also creak when backing up.
