Fuel pressure

I'm working on a mildly modified (cam, headers, TB, Vortex AC) C5. It has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and it is set at about 55 psi. On my LT-4 I run about 40. 55 sounds high to me but I am new to LS stuff. Any recommendations?????

58psi is the designed fuel pressure for a C5.
