Airbag question
I purchased a '99 coupe "rolling" from a forum member a few months ago. Three months and too much money later, I'm still searching for little parts that were missing or damaged. Anyhow, can anyone answer for me if a '99 has an airbag impact sensor that's mounted on the front frame ? I don't have a connector on my harness for one though. A couple of friends have '98 vettes and they do have this sensor. GM didn't show a sensor listed for 1999 or 2000, but did for '98. Did GM change the location of this sensor from '99 up ? Also I'm in need of a drivers airbag, can anyone tell me what year airbags will work on a 1999? Anyones input would be appreciated.
