Default converter help

I recently purchased a pro yank 3400 converter from a forum member. I'm going to install the converter in the next couple of weeks and have a few questions. For now the car is a stock 01 C5 A4. I have plans of adding either a H/C package or going F.I. Is a 3400 stall a good choice for a street/strip car? Or should i send the converter to yank for a different stall? I want the car to be very streetable in stop and go traffic, but i also love going to the drags. Any help would be appreciated.

i just installed an fti 3400 stall on my c5 i did this on friday i found it to be aggressive i also had a shift kit and trans cooler installed only two days of getting use to it but i find that i have to constantly press the gas just to get going verses letting it roll in stop and go traffic im taking it back tomorrow to have them recheck the tune and the lock up stage. going to see if i can downgrade to a 2800 stall instead of the 3400.
