Default Stall problem? ....

I tried going for a sprinted run this morning with the dynolicious program and when I try to brake stall it gets to about 1500 RPM's and then and drops a lil bit and goes back to 1500 again like it is bouncing at 1500 RPM's? Normally it would fry the tires but I have a 3200 stall installed and maybe need to do something to get it to power brake? It's like my engine won't rev past 1500 RPM no matter how much gas im giving it if the brake is held down. As soon as I let off though at 1500 it initiates Warp 9

I wish I could comment, but you are speaking Chinese to me. I just drive my Corvette and have fun! You sound like a pro and unintelligible to a noob like me!

Probably Torque Management. It will reduce power by retarding the timing. GM has this built into the PCM to reduce driveline stress.

Its an application for the Iphone that uses the built in accelerometers to estimate your horsepower, braking performance, lateral g's in turns, 0-60 times, etc. My friend has 1, takes alot of calibration to get it accurate.

You need to disable brake torque management from your PCM. Been there.

You have Generation I Active Handling. Generation 1 Active Handling will not allow you to brake torque beyond about 1200-1500 rpms. It will downpower the engine and rpms will bounce back and forth as you describe. That's one of the differences between Generation I Active Handling (1998-2000) and Generation II Active Handling (2001-2004). Generation II allows you to brake torque. You may want to try launching with Active Handling turned off, and then immediately turn it on when your foot comes off the brake. Your 3200 stall is allowing the rpms to more easily climb higher than with the factory stall.
