My C5 has set in the garage for about a month w/o being driven. I went out to start her and the battery was totally dead. I put the charger on for about 30 min and got it started. The problem--my radio is int the "Loc" position. Ahyone know how to fix this problem?? Thanks in advance.
You need to put in your code to unlock it. Check out the manual for step by step instructions. It is simple as long as you remember your code you programmed into it.

If you don't have the code, call your dealer and they can get one for you. You
can also turn this feature(TheftLock) off/on too.
I had this happen on my GM company car when they replaced the battey. I never set a code and they were stumped about what to do until a young guy working there came up and said "Use the last digits of the VIN"
It WORKED ! That is the code GM uses until you set a different one. Try it before you go any further.
I set my code and activated the anti-thief feature but was wondering is radio thief really a problem in the Corvette? I have yet to hear (or read on the CF) anyone getting their stock radio removed. It seems more likely that the car and radio would be taken at the same time.
