Late 03 and 04 cars have a fuel system that is not easily upgraded without dropping some big coin. How much power can be supported with 60 lb injectors, bap and single nozzle alky kit? This is based on 94 octane pump gas at about 700 ft above sea level. Also, would the fuel requirements be different for turbos vs centrifugal?
I'm interested in my novi application
First let's upgrade that single nozzle to a dual nozzle-then we can safetly run 650 rwhp-but you probably already new that. Don't worry Bobby. I talked to my buddy Nick Yoskin today and he's gonna start tinkering with something for you 04 guys.

Arun got a safe 612 RWHP out of my '04 with a Novi and without meth. I do have 243 heads, ECS cam, and LGs though. Before the tune I told him that I often cannot get better than 91 octane. I'd strongly recommend him.
We have had a single in-tank upgrade pump since 2003 for the 2003+ C5 and C6 cars. P/N C5A-FPA. Current price is $129.99
It is only sold through select dealers. It is HIGHLY recommended that someone with advanced technical skills attempt to install it. The late model fuel systems are VERY hard to work on.
For FI cars making over 550RWHP it would be best to consider a dual in-tank system. A single in-tank pump is marginal and the cost difference between a single + booster + harness and a DP is marginal but the HP support is night and day.
