Re: Colorado Dave Hill presentation (Ron Brubaker)
Ron, I would love to attend...but Colorado is a long way off from here. But, if you are able to ask this one question...I would love to hear Dave Hill's answer. This one has been tossed around quite a bit...but do ask him why so many 01/02 owners are having to put in 7.0 qts of oil to reach the MAX line on the dipstick after an oil change...especially when the manual (both owner's and service) states that the capacity is 6.5 qts and that most pre-01 model owners are stating that 6.5 qts takes them to the MAX line on their dipsticks. They did re-design the dipstick and dipstick tube for the 01 (and the same is on the 02) models.
Many thanks!! :)
Re: Colorado Dave Hill presentation (Ron Brubaker)
Ron - I would have liked to have attended as well, but its a long drive from Texas. The main reason I'm posting is because I noticed we share the same last name. I don't come across very many Brubakers. Good to see another vette owner with a great name! Good luck!

Let's see. A speech on a Sunday in February in Englewood, Colorado....It would appear that Dave Hill is a skier. The man has many redeeming qualities.
