Default Flatstoppers

Has anyone tried the "Flatstoppers" by Race Ramp, Ecklers sells them also.?
They are 4 wheel contoured ramps which go under each wheel when storing your car. They clam to prevent flat spotting on your tires when stored for a long period of time. I'm thinking of buying a set (4) but would like some feedback if they actually work from someone who may have them.

Thanks,
Rob

To tell you the truth,,,unless your running some old bias ply tires, flat spots from storrage isnt all that much of a concern. After a few miles down the road, the current day tires dont usually have flat spots. Not that I have expierenced.
If your worried about it, inflate them to 50 PSI while its in storrage and deflate back to 30 PSI when you bring her out.

Even in the old days the Nylon Tire flat spots disappeared after driving a couple of miles. You are looking at a solution to a non-problem.

Thanks, you just saved me money. Is it ok to leave the car parked in my garage all winter (i'm in Ontario) on the concrete floor without raising the wheels off the ground?
This is my first winter storing a car, so I'm trying to do it the correct way. I also plan on putting the CTEK charger on the battery and filling the tank with a bit of stablizer. Anything else I should do?

Thanks,
Rob

Well ,,,,,,let me save you a few more Canadian bucks. Disconnect your battery once you get it in your winter storage area and it will sleep in comfort until you decide to revive it in the spring! Once you disconnect the BATTERY, you wont need a FANCY expensive battery maintainer. FACT
