Rear main seal question

To Change or Not to Change: 97/50K mi Rear Main Seal
I have my clutch out of my 97 c5 with 47K on it.
Ther rear main seal is not leaking, but it is almost 12 years old, should I replace it with the clutch while I'm there?
I've asked this question before and gotten the if it anit broke don't fix it reply, but while I'm back in there, whould you all replace a 12 yr old seal that isn't leaking.
Do LS's have a problem with leaking rear main seals.
Any experience or insite would be greatly appreciated as the car is apart and I need to decide.

the LS motors are NOT prone to it...but for the amount of work and the 10$ cost for a new one....why not? when my clutch comes out, I get a new slave and pilot bearing everytime....
