#2. I wonder if you would have any liability (responsibility) for loaning your car to someone who wasn't used to the performance. Especially if you had modded to increase performance?
#3. For flipping twice and landing on it's side (even though it didn't have time to build up a high rate of speed) the car still looks drivable.
