Default LS1 to lS6 PVC conversion Help

Has any one used the LS6 valley cover number 12577927, and Gm part number 12594779 (hose) To do the LS1 to LS6 PVC conversion?
Part number 12577927 is supposed to be the 2004 LS6 cover with a built in PVC valve. And the hose numbered 12594779 is supposed to be a U shaped hose to connect the Valley cover to the T/B. Is this correct or is there more to this that I am missing. I already have part number 12577927, my car is a 2002 LS1 Vette.
Thanks

I don't really know, but have you looked at these instructions?

The LS6 valley cover does not have a pcv valve in it, it has an oil seperator only. And, I don't think that gm parts will cover all that you need, some of the hoses will be DIY.

MattB: Thanks for the reply. I hear what you are saying. But as far as the LS1 how to , Yes I have read that but those parts are the early ones. I want to use the later cover that is from an 04 ZO6. It was the latest design that was carried over to the LS2 also. Supposedly the 04 unit has a PVC valve built into the unit. I know it looks some what different from the early ZO6 valley covers as far as the plastic unit that is bolted on the bottom of the valley cover. Does ant one have any first hand knowledge about this set up?
