Bout that time and I'm going with Z06 shocks from Gene. Question is.
I read that one of the bolts must be replaced.
If so, which one. Is it the large nut and bolt setup in the rear. If so where can I get them?

Yes, it's the rear lower shock bolt/nut.
I re-used mine. That was a couple years ago and no worries. I made sure the bolt threads were clean and applied a drop of red Loc-Tite. Tip: If you have some, acetone dissolves any old thread locking compound. My GF's finger nail polish remover came in handy or you can find acetone at most home supply stores.
Just be sure to get your car as high as you can in order to deal with the high torque on those bolts. Your going to need all the leverage you can get. 162 lbft
If you should decide to replace, then Gene can help you there too.

Thanks. Got a compressed air system with a rachet that I can set to torques, but I think it's 160 or 165 only. I guess 160 then +2. Thanks
