driver side window switch/AC/heater blower motor switch

driver side window switch/AC/heater blower motor switch
I just purchase a 99 hardtop and have several electrical problems.Driver's window switch,does not work,how do you determined if it is the switch,door module or BCM.Second,A/C heater blower fan speeds only works on the high setting.Third ,wiper only works on high speed too.
Driver's seat motor makes a clicking and humming noise,but does not move back or forward.
According to the the person I brought the car from,he did say the passenger side floor had a leak.
Please help with these issue's.

There are a couple of ways that the door window operation can fail. Do you hear any clicking when you push the up/down switch?
The rubber accordion tube contains the two wiring harnesses for the door. The connectors for the harness are in the door frame. Grab the harnesse inside the accordion tube and shake them. See if that changes the symptoms.
You can also try removing the door panel and actually banging on the module and the motor. Sometimes that works. The relays in the door module can go bad and aggetation can sometimes revive them.
As for the HVAC Fan, the speed control is controlled by a module that is screwed into the HVAC Air Box.
Duel climate control module shown:
Depending on if you have duel climate control or manual control, the module will be different. The automatic climate control sys is controlled by a Blower Motor Control Processor that is electronically controlled and more expensive.
The manual sys is controlled by basically a resistor bank that can burn up.
