You may be correct? But in my opinion, you would need a very high speed impact to force fuel solenoid mounted on front rail, to crush into motor.
Odds are you will not be worrying about your fuel solenoid leaking.
I think that's a valid concern. I can see how a fuel solenoid line could be ruptured. I don't think it would take much of an impact to do it either. A burning car is not the place you want to get trapped.
One more reason to use a dry nitrous kit. 99 Hardtop would still have his car in this case.
