Jantzer ported TBs??

Jantzer ported TBs??
i am putting in an ls6 intake and figured while its off might as well get a ported TB. then, i heard it can be tricky because many ported tbs cause idle problems which i DONT want. anyone have a jantzer or know if they're a good choice for power w/ out the side effects? or should i just stay with my stock throttle body? pm me. i apreciate the advice guys!

I think the problem with the porting the stock tb is if you get into the lip where the plate closes. If you stay away from that area you will be fine. If you take the plate off and carve into that area you will have a high idle. It can be tuned out though.
