Battery ground or loose or broken battery post in the battery. Think the battery was swapped by the mover?

It's possible you have a bum battery, but often you can overtighten a post and internally bust it and never know it. It happened to me recently. Everything checks out, then wiggle the ground on the battery and the post moves!
I would ask the new owner what the battery looks like, even if it's the same one. Sorry to speculate dishonesty, but things just don't usually happen on their own and when you said a third party handled it, those lights go off.

Will never ship another car again, will take the time to do it myself. It was a horrible experience, and expensive.
