There's probably something available in the after market, but you'd have to check around with some of the vendors. I recall someone referring to a device that did just that (DAVINCI PERFORMANCE, possibly?).
A professional tune of the computer may work.
Personally, I think the computers are much faster than the reactions of 99.9% of typical Corvette owners.
And there's way to many threads about how someone lost control of their car due to having the system deactivated on the street.

A professional tune will do nothing. The EBCM and BCM are not tuneable.
What's the big deal anyway, why would you need to turn Comp mode on everytime you get in the car? Everyday driving you do NOT want it turned on anyway.
Thanks everyone for the comments. I'm not nuts about it, but it is annoying if you ever have experienced an unexpected and unwanted stumble. I may look into the black box from ATI.
