Memory Seat Problem
In my 02 I have the memory seat option with telescoping colum, However, when I use the memory, the seat moves forward only about an inch then stops, the steering colum works perfectly, If I try to then adjust the seat manually it moves a fraction then stops again; seems like a short to me.
Anybody have any ideas where I should start looking?

Having same seat issure w/ O4 Z. If I move the seat back before trying to go forward it wil move forward with no issue. I have also watched the memory light on the door and it is still lite even though the seat has stopped. I am starting to think the problem maybe with a wiring harness or connector under the seat but have not had the ambition to remove the seat and look. Good Luck and I will be watcing for any further post on this problem
