Default Need Brakes

We just returned from a 6500 mile trip out west. What a hoot to drive a vette all over the country! We bought new michelines in California and now need new brakes. The rotors I bought from a Chevy dealer keep developing a pulsation. Had them turned once, but it returned in about 5000 miles. What kind of luck has anyone had with new pads and rotors at reasonable prices.

i went with the stock setup from GM Parts House, and everything (4 rotors and pads all around) was around $500 bucks...

the stock setup is great in my opinion, i can live with cleaning my wheels once a week depending on driving conditions...

Hawk HPS pads are great. Low dust and stop better than ZO6 pads.

The rotors on the car are under warranty from GM, so my most cost effective move is to go with DuraStop rotors and ceramic pads.
