Default wiring an amp
i plan on wiring an amp to my 2000 this weekend. was wondering, arent our cars prewired for a cd changer in the rear? could i find the power source from there? any guides to wiring c5s?

An amp need to be powered directly from the battery, or alternator to operate properly. Make sure you put an inline fuse in too.

gotcha. ive wired in amps in several cars, guess i was looking for a shortcut from tearing up my vette to run the wires.
