The door sills are held on by three pop in tabs if I remember right. Two taps go into the sill vertically and a third (up front) goes in horizontally.
Use a plastic body pry stick to determine where the tabs are by gently lifting the sill till you see where they're being held down and then get the pry as close to the tab as possible and pop it up.
Just in case you could use an extra tip :When you dye it, make sure you use good adhesion promoter like Bulldog. Clean it with rubbing alcohol or acetone first, then Bulldog, then dye, then your clear. The clear can be gloss or satin and will help protect it from scratching easily. Don't forget to use light coats because if the panel is made of ABS ( which I think it is ) it can melt with the dye.
The panel can be removed by hand with no tools if you're careful. Start at the rear.
