Default Weight reduction:

Is it necessary to take passenger seat out and drain out the washerfliud.
To gain more ''SPEED and SEC'' at the tack.Your only taken out about 35punds is it worth it.

Which tack is that ?

I'd take out the steering wheel and pedals too while I was at it.

I weighed my 99 Coupe a few months ago and it weighed in at 3145 lbs. We couldnt believe it, so we did it over and over. I once took the seat out and ran my fastest time 7.3 @ 98 in a 1/8th. Whether that made a differance I dont know, but every bit of less weight will help out

Every pound is worth it. Take out 100 lbs out of the car could be about a 10 hp gain

Take 1 pound off the wheels, and that is almost like removing 6 1/2 lbs out of the car.

1 lb or rotating wt removed ~ 6 1/2 lbs static wt.

Good luck
