Default autometer NEXUS boost gage problem.

I'm running the NEXUS gages, and i'm having a problem. I had a problem a while back with a module and atometer took care of my issue no problem.

Now, I have a seperate issue. My gages all do the proper sweep, when you turn them on or off. They all come on, including the boost gage but, my boost gage stays at pretty much ZERO vacum. Just sits there. Sometimes it stays at like 2-4psi. Just started doing this. Again, the gage does it's sweep on and off but, doesn't move with engine input.

I was thinking the MAP sensor might be the issue but, wasn't sure. I know it's a GM MAP but, not sure out of which year.

Could it be the gage?

Anyone have this issue?

I would check all the connections to any component for the boost/vac gauge, being electrical and mechanical inputs. Make sure that there's no kinks in the plastick line for the MAP sensor, as that will make things funky in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the input man. Checked all those things the moment I noticed it,...so it's i'm leaning towards an internal component. Again though, thanks the idea's.

How's the connection to the module and the connection to the gauge itself? Actually take the connectors off and see if the pins are still seated all the way. When I was playing with mine one of the pins actually started pulling out of the housing and caused some wackiness to happen.

I installed those in Fastbirds car, they are made in China garbage, call AM, they often replace as they are known to fail

I think every connector fell apart on Fbirds install, terrible quality

Well that sucks. Pulling out? Makes sense that, that was the issue. Possibly due to the vibration/shock of the car, which, my car makes all kinds of vibrations(bumps/idle/etc). Thanks for the tip.
