TI Tips uneven how low should it be?

I just bought a TI exhaust for my 98. One side is lower than the other but just a little so I am not sure which side is correct. Could someone measure how far it is from the bottom of the bumper to the top of the tip? Thanks for your help.

I had this problem as have others. I made a rubber shim to even them out. Careful you don't lose the stud into the bumper if you do this, its very easy to do.

I used this method to level them with everything loose and progressevely tightened from front to back.
