What does LOC mean?

What does LOC mean?
Just finished reinstalling a climate control module and everything seems to work, except???? Every time I turn on the ignition there is LOC displayed on the dash. If I start the car it is still there and after running for a couple of minutes it is still there. Dont recall that it was there before. Can someone explain what this means.

Sorry guys, I read the manual and figured it out. When disconnecting battery to install the climate control, radio went into anti-theft mode. Had to punch in code and follow steps to reactivate radio and stereo. I dont seem to have this problem with my 55 Chevy hot rod sitting next to it. No wonder the 55 is so much more fun to build while the Vette is so much more fun to drive.
