Default FAST 92 Installation Question

I am in the process of installing a FAST 92 manifold. Right now, I have my intake off. I have replaced the valley plate bolts with low-profile bolts. I am now replacing the coolant tubing beneath the manifold.
Here is the original setup:

... Here is the new tubing:

My question is, are these still needed?

No. removed them, and clean the debris from the bleed pipe orifice. The gaskets are preinstalled(as shown in your pics) on the new crossover and blockoffs.

Thanks; I will be doing the final cleanup in the morning.

Also, Should I connect the hose to the radiator, or block it off? It was suggested to me to just block it off to reduce hoses under the hood.

If you block off the air bleed, it defeats the purpose of installing the crossover, don't you think?

Don't block it off, just connect it straight from the radiator to the cross-over. Also, the original hose from the radiator to the TB has two different diameters, so I just got a nylon 1/4" cooling coupler from NAPA and a new length of hose from the cross-over on the head and adjusted the overall hose length when they are joined so it is well away from the water pump pulley. If you just take the radiator hose that went to the TB and connect it to the cross-over it will be precariously close to the pulley. Make sure you tap down (bend) the front cross-over or the FAST will sit on it and not seal correctly. Use light taps (emphasize light) with a rubber hammer to bend it down out of the way.
