HUD question
I have an 2001 Z06 and it didn't come with HUD. So i'm thinking about getting a used one. The guy is selling it off of a regular coupe with the whole instrument cluster.
My question is: can i keep my instrument cluster and just switch the HUD swich on his instrument cluster to mine?

With a 2001 cluster, yes - it has a provision for HUD. (Receptacle for HUD plug on back)
P.S. 2000 and up clusters will have this provision – (with a 1999 some yes, some no)
I feel that your 2001 Z06 cluster is no exception. Other than the printing on the dials, the clusters should be the same otherwise.
