I went to drive the car yesterday after it sitting for about 10 days and when i started it it ran ruff as hell and eventually cut off , not being able to old an idle. The monitor reads reduced engine power and service traction system, something like that and the check engine light is on. I checked the codes and then erased them all and the car ran fine around the block. I came back home and turned it off and tried to restart but got the same issuses. Here are the codes, someone please help and tell me what to do?????
If youd like call me 703-498-5124... thanks Steve

Those look to be communication-related codes. My first guess would be to clear the codes (again), put a full charge on the battery, then try again.
If that doesn't work, clear the codes, then disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes (to get rid of any residual capacitor charge with the computer hardware), reconnect and see if everything resets.
Just a couple of shotgun approaches that won't break anything.
get a batt. clean all conections on batt. , if that dont clear it up clean your ground connections as discribed by mr. Bill c ... BC that should do it . a low batt. does lots of goofy things

As other have posted, the battery or connections is suspect. The 1518 code for low voltage is a clear indicator. Perform a physical inspection of the battery cable for corrosion and security. It just may be battery replacement time.....
Thanks guys!!! i checked the terminals, they were corroded so i cut them and made new ends and still have the same problem. I dont have a battery charger but Ill take my battery and havei t tested..... thank you so much for the help with this sensitive money pit!
Took the battery to the auto parts store and they tested it, out of the 720 cold cranking amps it was suppose to be putting out, it was only producing 540.... so it looks like it was on its way out. I ordered a new battery and it should be in sometime tomorrow. I hope this is the problem.

why you are waiting, take a peek at the starter, and make sure all wiring connections are tight. Also, if you feel the battery has leaked down into the tray, you should inspect the PCM (which resides underneath). If corrosion exists about the tray, treat with baking soda and water.
I didnt notice any leaking from the battery, but Ill take a look while its out. Also where is the other fuse box located?
There are two: The "underhood electrical center" is located by the battery. The "instrument panel electrical center" locate in the passenger footwell behind the floor mat.
Well I didnt get a chance to check the starter of the battery tray, but I put the new battery in along with the new terminals and still have the same problems!!!????? I dont know what to do?? I did notice a buzzing sounding coming from the speakers. What should I try next???
You did not say that you had checked your ground connections, if you have bad ground connections you will have all kinds of low voltage problems, because the battery negative cable is tied to ground. Hope this helps, good luck.
See this post for Electrical Ground Information!
Just passing it on to you. It will cost you nothing but a little time to clean the grounds. Bet it will fix your trouble.
dude i had that same problem last month. let the car sit for 2 weeks. .it started up.. after a few seconds it died out.. and it wouldn't start again. .had the low engine power light come on. tried to dissconnect the battery for 10 min.. that didn't work.. so i put a new battery in it.. it would fire. then die.... fire then die.. i then cleared my codes and it started right up and everythign... maybe you need to dissconect batt for 10 min.. then put a new one in it.. then clear codes. ???
