Default Ported intake

Anyone have their Fast intakes ported by JFormato (supporting vendor) I am thinking of having him port mine, but not sure if there would be enough gains to be worth it. (Only saying this because, unlike everyone else, I didn't see but about 8hp from the FAST, ported LS2 TB, 3" x-pipe, high flow air bridge, and re-tune)
Seems like a knowledgeable guy from his PMs

Jeremy did the tune on my car. I can say this I personally, wouldn't allow anyone in the world to go near my cars computer after he did his magic. He is very knowledgeable and fair/honest. If I was going with a Fast and wanted to farm out the porting I would use him.

8 HP Can understand you being sceptical. Mighty small gains for all that money.

PM him for a price. He didn't mention a problem with it being installed. One of the "other" porters makes you pay DEARLY for an installed intake. Seems like BS when you consider how easy it is to clean up when the intake COMES APART. This is the first reasonable price I have seen

I recently purchased HPTuners, and would do some tweaking per JF's recommendations

I had already done H/C with all the mods and tune. I decided to go with the Fast 90 and Ls2 TB and had Tony port the TB. I had also installed a 3" x pipe to replace my 2 1/2" pipe and installed a high flow bridge to complement my vararam. The car dyno'd 8hp and 7ft higher. Tough to swallow when other guys are seeing 28-30hp

I would say careful with Dart heads and a ported FAST unless you are going to port match. The Dart heads have very narrow entry ports and I ended up with a mis-match. Took some time to figure it all out though.

Do they port match the runners when the "mail order porters" port the intakes? Since they generally wouldn't ahe your heads, I was under the impression that they made most of the changes in the upper shell and transition areas
My heads are lightly ported, but basically, little or no material was taken out of the intake runners, (The main area of concentration was the bowls under the valves) If he does touch up the runners, maybe he has a set of Darts lying around he could use.
