Ok i removed rack and pinion to install new harmonic balancer when replced everything back the traction light,and abs light came on when i took the car for spin so my question is what did i do wrong that those warning lights came on ?these where a few codes that came on when i did manual diagnostics

ok, process of elimination....must be a 2000 or earlier. Based on the 1293 and P1571 code, you probably hosed something up on the EBTCM in the course of pulling the rack, unbolting the EBTCM, etc. Check the harness connectors, etc.

My 97 has a persistent 1571 that is not related to ABS/Trac light I think there is a TSB about this code in early models.
RDCM is right door control module, also not related
rfa is not related.
So it's the 1293 throwing the light. If it goes out when you shutdown/restart the car, it might not be a problem. At least that's what the manual says.
