I took the console out and accidentally unpluged the connector to the gas door button. You can not put the plug back in without taking the module out first. Anyone know how it comes out? I have the console out and just can't tell how to take the module out.

Thanks for the reply lucky. When I took the console out I accidentally pulled the plug out at the same time and that bent the contacts so the plug would not go back in. I found that out when I finally got the module out.

ok, with the pins bent, that is a different story. If the pins were bent, I would not be able to insert the plug either....

Straighten the pins as best you can so the plug should go back in.
Lean the passenger seat forward until it locks and stays leaning forward so the back of the console has more maneuvering room (i.e. the back of the console and the left bolster of the passenger seat are not fighting for the same space).
Position the console in place but tilted up on the drivers side and the front so you can work underneath.
Connect the plug (it will be kind of tight because the harness is so short, but it will go in).
