Default 1514 Code after FAST 90/90 Install

I just installed a FAST 90/90 on my 2002 Z06, I used a 90mm TB off of a MTI Z07. I am getting a 1514 code and the car is idling @ 2000rpm's. I torqued the manifold down properly, connected all vacuum lines, and properly wired everything. The car goes into limp mode and will not drop down from 2,000rpm's. Has anybody ever had a similar issue, I have been reading about adjusting tables and whatnot but nobody has mentioned their cars reving so high at idle, that is what has me concerned. If anybody has any tips or ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks, Ben.

There's a reason for the little fine print "tuning required" when doing this mod.

Yeah the high idle is normal, as is the increased airflow that's setting off your P1514 predicted airflow discrepancy.

If you have tuning capabilities...start by grossly upping the ETC predicted airflow table to kill the P1514, and then do a idle RAF log and adjust accordingly.

Yea I knew I was going to have to get the car re-tuned, I guess I just didn't expect it to go into limp mode like that. Is it safe to limp the car over to a shop for the adjustments?

Did you bend down the front coolant crossover pipe? If not, then the manifold may not be sealed as it is sitting on the pipe.

Did you swap the valley cover bolts? If not the bottom may be cracked.

I swapped out the valley bolts for some that I bought at autozone, much lower profile, the used intake I bought did not come with the hardware but the bolts I used had a MUCH lower prfile head than the stockers, I will go look at the pipe but I am 99% sure it is sealed down.
