Default Valve Covers

I want to change my valve covers and get rid of the plastic covers. What is involved with relocating the coil packs? Any pics would be appreciated. I was thinking about the GMPP covers. Thanks for the help!

I had to lose the plastic covers to install my supercharger. I didn't relocate the coil packs, but I did powder coat the valve covers and coil brackets to give them a little color............

Just another option... good luck...

Mike Mercury had a nice write-up on this very thing (same valve covers too) about a year ago.

GMPP valve covers powder coated Candy Apple Red. Phil Thomas relocated the coils for me but I know Charlie at RPM makes a kit with the harness extensions.

These were the covers I was looking at and the general look I was going for. Do you know how difficult it is to relocate the coils eventhough you didn't do it?

It's not too difficult. THe driver's side go inside the inner fender and the passenger side go behind the battery.
