i plan on keeping my stock manifolds and ti exhaust for now, im concerned with the cat removal, i see o2 sensors there, how do you remove these without setting ses lights?

You don't touch the 02 sensors if all you're doing is installing an X pipe.
Jack the car up, loosen cat backs, measure carefully, very carefully and use a chain cutter to remove the rear section of the mid pipe, then install the new X, bolt the cat back back up and you're good to go.

What type of x pipe are you talking about?

If you do not have headers you are not going to replace your cats with an x pipe.

you will replace the H pipe section that bolts to your mufflers with an cross over pipe "x pipe"

It will severely quiet your car.
