Default Time to get my winter project rolling- EG Mayhem Cam + supporting bolt ons...!

Well, the supplies have been trickling in here:

And once I get my balancer/oil pump / timing chain and seals we'll be off to the races!

Doing cam only.. This is a strictly as the fun-money-arrives project, so I'm hoping that by the end of January it'll include a set of Melrose Headers and an LS6 intake... might have sourced some decent 243 heads as well we'll see how much I want to pull those springs off once they're on.

People running the 25% under drive powerbond pully, what size belt are you running?

Definitly gonna need headers with a cam. Not going to gain a whole lot without them.

I will check my belt size tonight, I dont know off the top of my head.

I do, thankfully.. hadn't been heating it lately (negative temps night and day, impossible to keep warm then) but I just kicked it back on.. can keep it at 65 degrees pretty easily when the outside temp is above 0 which when you're working is almost too warm anyway...

Hopefully this week and next I'll be doing tear down (this thread will house a bunch of pictures at that point ) and then start putting it all back together...

Thanks looking forward to a little more giddy-up in the old girl. It's hard when Dad goes and does a 500RWHP 427... it's just a required time to upgrade.. Since I'm not uhm, "financially able" to do a monster KB + LS3 build like I'd like to, this should hold me over for a while.

I haven't seen a lot of Mayhem cams floating around here, anyone else got one in??
