Default Normal Numbers

I was wondering what normal readings for oil / coolant temps are as well as a normal oil pressure number?

Secondly, my clutch spring snapped today, so i need to get a new one,
I am assuming i can get this at any chevy dealer... Are they pricey and it looks like a easy self install... Also with the spring not being there how is the clutch resume back to its normal position, i can engage it and it comes all the way back out... I thought this is what the spring was for...

At highway speed my numbers as reported by the DIC are approx: coolant 170-200; oil temp 200-210; oil pressure roughly 30+psi.

What are the possible causes of my oil pressure staying between 60-80.. The weather just got really frigid, so i didn't know if that was a reason? Before the climate changed it looked to stay around 40psi.

I read up about the spring, seems it won't cause any harm as though people remove them for personal preferences..

So what about my oil pressure being so high, is that normal with cold weather (25f and below)? Or is this something i should look into?

Could it be "out of wack" because of the frigid temps?

When the sensors die they read REALLY high values, and they can peg out the gauge from what I understand. I suppose it could be going bad....thats a heck of a job to tackle for a maybe. More likely its just thick cold oil.

What weight oil are you using? I know on my older cars when I had 10W40 there were some high readings when it got really frigid.
