Default ARP Torque Values

Hello

I am taking apart a LS7 based engine and there is ARP bolts everywhere: Connecting rods, studs with nuts for cylinder heads, harmonic balancer bolts etc.

Have visited ARP homepage and must say that it is pretty freaking useless!

Trying to find torque settings for the bolts, can anybody please help with tourgue figures?

Merry X-mas

Tommy

Thanx, how did you manage to find that?

How about the connecting rod bolts and the harmonic balancer bolt?

Have the Compstar H-beam 6,125" LS1 SJ rods, unfortunately am not at the garage now so I can not measure the bolts, will have to come back after the holidays!

Must say that this forum is great, what would a beginner like me do without the help of you experienced guys!

Best Regards

Tommy

PS. Stupid question probably but what do you mean with:
170,000 psi - 190,000 psi - 220,000psi
I am not really sure which figure of those to use?
